Continental or hearty breakfast, complete with delicious freshly-baked muffins, biscuits, cereals, fresh fruit, flapjacks, bacon, eggs, and wonderful west Texas coffee served between 7 and 9 a.m. daily.

• Afternoon snack - daily chef 's surprises available at 3:00 p.m.
• Wine and cheese social - to whet the appetite 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
• Nightly campfire, weather permitting - with coffee, and dessert treats!
• And best of all. A west Texas fire in the sky sunset - nightly!

  All overnight visitors receive an evening welcoming hour with hor'deourves and beverages.

*A two night stay is requested. A $25 room cleaning fee will be added for one night visits.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

• Reservations must be made using a major credit card or personal check.
• You must provide an approximate arrival time to ensure that someone will be available to greet you, and
• Reservations are non-transferable and may not be sold to or through a third party.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Special check-in times should be arranged in advance)
• Pets would be happier in a more conventional environment.
• We require a two-night stay. Additional cleaning fees apply for one-night stays depending on availabilty.
• Special rates and minimum stay requirements may apply for special events.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests must pre-pay one night to guarantee their reservations, with the balance due upon check-in. Charges are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled 10 days prior to stay AND if we are able to rebook the accommodation. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Our guest accommodations are limited and highly service oriented. Cancellations or early departures have a very negative impact on our operations.

SPECIAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Tell us in advance about special requests . With advance notification, certain accommodations can be arranged for special dietary needs or desires.

• Transportation can be arranged for guests arriving at the Abilene, Midland or Lubbock airports.
